Can you get my business to the top of Google Maps?
No one can honestly promise that. Google decides what shows in Maps based on things like relevance, distance from the searcher, and prominence. We make sure your profile is complete, accurate, and consistent with your website, which is the part you control.
Can you get me more reviews or remove bad ones?
We do not write, buy, or post reviews, and we cannot remove reviews; removal requests go through Google. What we can do is make asking easy, for example with a short link that takes customers straight to your Google review form.
I work from home. Do I have to show my address?
No. Google lets service-area businesses hide their address and list the areas they serve instead. We help you set that up so the profile reflects how you actually work.
Who owns the profile?
We recommend the profile stay under your own Google account, with GatorByte added as a manager while we work on it. That way you keep control and can remove access at any time.
