The challenge
What the business actually needed.
Needed an e-comm-ready marketing surface that positioned the brand beyond a generic Shopify template.
Our approach
How we thought about the build.
A local outdoor shop carries a wide mix: firearms, suppressors, bows, hunting and fishing gear, e-bikes, and kayaks, plus services like gunsmithing and an archery range. We organized the site by category so each customer lands on the page that matters to them.
The September 2026 revamp refreshed the visual design and added a local search pass: a dedicated suppressors page, store schema with location details, and short redirects for the terms people actually search.
Technical stack
The stack, and why.
Next.js and React for fast category and event pages
Tailwind CSS for a consistent, brand-led design system
Netlify hosting with Netlify Forms for category inquiries
Structured data for the store, hours, and location
Key features
What actually shipped.
Category Pages
Firearms, suppressors, archery, e-bikes, and kayaks each have a page with an inquiry form.
Events
Store events have their own listing so customers can see what is coming up.
Visit Information
Hours, address, and directions are easy to find on every device.
Local Search Setup
Store schema, a sitemap, and redirects for common search terms support local discovery.
