Websites for Real Estate Agents that ring the phone.
Buyers and sellers want an agent who knows the neighborhoods they are considering. We build real estate websites around your local expertise, with community pages, your story, and clear ways for buyers and sellers to reach you.

Websites we've built for other local businesses
These are not real estate sites. They are other Northshore businesses whose websites do the same job: show real local knowledge, build trust, and turn visits into calls and inquiries.

Why most real estate agents lose calls online.
Brokerage profile pages look like every other agent in the office.
Listing search alone does not set you apart, since every big portal has the same homes.
Seller leads need a different path than buyer leads, and most agent sites treat them the same.

Questions
Websites for real estate agents: common questions.
How much does a website for a real estate business cost?
A real estate business website is $1,000 to launch plus $100/month for managed hosting, maintenance, and small updates. That covers a custom mobile-first site with click-to-call and a quote form; photography, extra pages, and a logo are available as add-ons.
Will my real estate business show up on Google?
Every build includes local SEO foundations and help setting up or optimizing your Google Business Profile, so people searching for a real estate business near them can find you and call you. We do not promise rankings, and anyone who does is guessing.
How fast can the site launch?
Most sites go live in 1 to 2 weeks once we have your details, photos, and services. We handle the build, hosting, and setup so you can keep running the business.
Do you work with real estate agents outside the Northshore?
Yes. GatorByte is based on the Northshore in Louisiana and works with real estate agents across the Gulf South, from Alabama and the Florida Panhandle to central Texas. We meet in person across South Louisiana and work remotely everywhere else. You work directly with the people building your site.
Can my website show MLS listings?
Listing search on agent sites comes from an IDX provider approved by your MLS, and the rules and costs depend on your MLS and brokerage. We can link to or embed what your provider allows, and we focus the custom site on the things IDX cannot do for you: your neighborhoods, your story, and your contact paths.
Does my brokerage have to appear on my site?
Generally yes. State real estate commissions have advertising rules about showing your brokerage, and many brokerages add their own. We include the details you need and leave final sign-off to your broker.
