Run the parts of your website that change every week, without calling a developer.
Some businesses change their site constantly: menus, events, available dates, listings. Sending each change to someone else gets old fast. GatorByte builds admin panels shaped around exactly those tasks, so you log in, make the change, and it is live. The same approach covers internal dashboards for the numbers you check every day.

Read case studyWho it is for
- Restaurants and caterers whose menus and events change often
- Businesses taking bookings that need to track inquiries, booked dates, and days off
- Owners juggling several spreadsheets to answer simple questions about the business
- Teams that want an editing screen built for their tasks, not a general-purpose CMS
What a panel can include
- A private login for the owner and, where needed, staff with their own access
- Editing screens for menus, events, hours, listings, or other live content
- An inquiry and booking view with booked and blackout dates
- Calendar sync, such as bookings feeding Google Calendar
- Dashboards that bring the numbers you track into one view
- Data stored in a real database with access rules, not in a spreadsheet
How it works
Admin panels and dashboards, step by step.
01
List the chores
We write down the updates and lookups you do every week and how long they take now.
02
Model the data
Menus, events, bookings, or records are structured so the panel and the public site read the same source.
03
Build the screens
Only the screens you need, laid out for how you work, with weekly checkpoints.
04
Hand over and support
We walk you through it, then support and refine it after launch.
Price
Admin panels and dashboards are quoted per project, with a fixed scope agreed before the build. Because they involve logins and a database, hosting and support for the panel are quoted with the build.
Questions
Admin panels and dashboards: common questions.
What have you built admin panels for?
Lucky Minou Sushi in Abita Springs has an owner admin panel for inquiries, booked dates, blackout days, and editable delivery menus, with bookings synced to Google Calendar. The Hampshire in Covington has admin tools for keeping menus, events, and other live content current.
Why not just use WordPress or another CMS?
A general CMS gives you hundreds of settings you never use and still may not handle something like blackout dates. A custom panel has only the screens your business needs, and the public site stays fast because it is not running the CMS.
Can my staff have their own logins?
Yes. Who can see and change what is decided during scoping, so staff can have access to the parts they need and nothing else.
Is the data secure?
Panels use proper logins and database access rules. For example, the Lucky Minou panel stores inquiries, bookings, and menu data with row-level security. Our security practices are described on our security page.
