Booking and request formsCovington, Mandeville & the Northshore

Request forms that arrive with the details you need, not a name and a phone number.

A form that only asks for a name and a message turns every inquiry into a round of phone tag. GatorByte builds forms around the questions you would ask on the first call: the date, the size of the job, the location, the service. Requests land in your inbox ready to answer, and for busier businesses we add an admin side to manage them.

Who it is for

  • Caterers, venues, and event businesses taking date-specific requests
  • Contractors and service companies that need job details before they can quote
  • Studios and designers who want to qualify a project before the first meeting
  • Businesses getting incomplete inquiries, or losing them in a cluttered inbox

What we build

  • Step-by-step request flows that collect the details for your kind of job
  • Quote forms with the fields you need, like service, city, and project notes
  • Email notifications so each request reaches you right away
  • Spam protection and a clear confirmation for the customer
  • Click-to-call next to the form for people who would rather talk
  • For larger flows: stored requests, booked and blackout dates, and calendar sync

How it works

Booking and request forms, step by step.

01

Your first call

We write down what you ask every customer before you can quote or book.

02

Design the flow

Those questions become a short form or a few simple steps, in the order customers can answer them.

03

Wire it up

Requests are routed to your email, and to an admin panel and calendar when the job calls for it.

04

Test it

We send real test requests end to end, on phones and desktop, before it goes live.

Every site built under the Launch package ($1,000, then $100/mo) includes one contact form. Extra forms, multi-step request flows, calendar sync, and anything that stores bookings are quoted up front.

Questions

Booking and request forms: common questions.

What does a more advanced request flow look like?

For Lucky Minou Sushi, an Abita Springs sushi caterer, customers pick a date and share event details in a few simple steps. Behind it, the owner has an admin panel to review inquiries, mark booked and blackout dates, and sync bookings to Google Calendar.

Where do form submissions go?

To your email, as soon as they are sent. For larger flows, requests are also stored so you can review and manage them in an admin panel.

Can customers book a time slot instantly?

It depends on your business. Many local businesses are better served by a request that the owner confirms, which is how the Lucky Minou flow works. If you already use a scheduling tool, we can link to it or build around it. Either way, it is scoped and quoted up front.

Is a form included with a website?

Yes. Every Launch package site includes one contact form. Extra forms and multi-step flows are quoted before any work starts.
