Payment Terms

Client Responsibilities

The initial setup includes reasonable revisions to ensure client satisfaction. Extensive changes beyond the original scope may incur additional charges.

• Minor content and styling adjustments are included
• Significant design changes may require additional fees
• Revisions must be requested within 30 days of initial delivery

Scope Changes

Any requests beyond the agreed scope will be evaluated and quoted separately. Additional work requires written approval and may extend project timelines.

Intellectual Property

Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients own:

• Website content and copy
• Custom design elements created specifically for their project
• Images and media provided by the client

GatorByte Retention

GatorByte retains rights to:

• Underlying code frameworks and templates
• Development methodologies and processes
• General design patterns and approaches

Service Termination

Client Termination

Clients may terminate monthly maintenance services with 30 days written notice. Pro-rated refunds are not provided for partial months.

GatorByte Termination

GatorByte may terminate services for non-payment or breach of terms with 30 days notice.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GatorByte's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

GatorByte is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Louisiana.
