What does the $100/month care plan include?
Managed hosting on Netlify, an SSL certificate, security monitoring and updates, 24/7 uptime monitoring, backup management, small text and image updates, technical support, and a monthly report on uptime, speed, and inquiries.
What counts as a small update?
Minor text and image updates, like new hours, a new photo, or a change to a service description. Requests beyond that are quoted separately before any work starts.
What is in the monthly report?
Care-plan clients get a short report each month covering uptime, site speed, and inquiries.
Can I cancel the care plan?
Yes. Under our terms, monthly maintenance can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Partial months are not pro-rated.
Where is my website hosted?
GatorByte sites are hosted on Netlify, with SSL included.
