The challenge
What the business actually needed.
A four-generation property tax firm that works for Louisiana industry needed a website that says plainly what it does, shows the partners behind the work, and puts a prospective client in touch with a partner, with every line on the page one the firm stands behind.
Our approach
How we thought about the build.
Industrial clients choosing a property tax consultant want to know what the firm handles, who will do the work, and how to reach a partner. Zatarain Consulting Partners handles ad valorem tax work for Louisiana's refineries, plants, and pipelines, so we built one focused page around those questions: the services, the parishes, the industries served, the firm's history, the partners, and a contact form.
We kept every line to what the firm actually does. With the client, the services were trimmed to the two the firm offers, property tax management and industrial inducement management, after appraisals and audits came out at the client's request, and a results band whose figures could not be verified was dropped. The history runs from 1940 to the formation of Zatarain Consulting Partners in 2013.
The firm supplied its new navy and gold ZCP logo. We rebuilt the logo files for the web, with the side-by-side lockup on wider screens, the monogram on phones, and matching favicons, and set the site's colors to match. A hand-built static page keeps it fast, and the contact form sends each message to the senior partner through Netlify Forms.
